Aldrin is a pioneer in social innovation and entrepreneurship, renowned for forging his own path to shape a better future for Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific. An educator at heart, Aldrin has made profound contributions in ed-tech, co-founding the Singapore Google Educators Group and being part of the inaugural batch of Apple Professional Development Consultants for Education in Asia. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship to solve complex societal challenges—his experience spans over 40 countries, disaster relief with IGOs, and immersive collaborations across Japan and Southeast Asia.

• Impact Ecosystem Architecture & Venture Building:  Aldrin leverages his advanced application skills in ecosystem design, venture building, and strategic innovation to create scalable solutions for the built environment sector. • Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship: As founder of “Teach a Man to Fish,” Aldrin empowers youth with hands-on entrepreneurship education. He went on to establish “Think.Shift.Design (TSD),” a think tank that confronts societal challenges by applying Design Thinking and offering strategic consulting to corporations and government bodies.

• Biodesign and Ekistics Focused: Aldrin is also a biomedical scientist and biologist by training, bringing a unique perspective rooted in biomimicry and inclusive design. He is dedicated to creating physically accessible spaces that nurture both people and the environment—ensuring built environments where everyone can flourish and feel truly at home
