- TBU Pilots Launched in Bicol, Johor, and Surbaya - Mediera’s Tropical Base Unit (TBU) pilot clusters are now operational in Iriga (Philippines), Johor (Malaysia), and Surabaya (Indonesia). These modular, climate-resilient homes showcase rapid deployment, local material integration, and circular construction at scale.
- Floating & Stilt Module Tests Complete - Our engineering and R&D teams have successfully completed floating and heavy stilt housing modules, including wave tank simulations and inland/coastal prototypes. These innovations support Mediera’s mission to deliver resilient housing for flood-prone and coastal regions.
- Social Spaces Expansion - New Social Spaces and 7th Place Commons have opened in Singapore, Bicol, and Timor-Leste, providing coliving, coworking, wellness, and innovation hubs for local communities. Each site features placemaking programs, learning modules, and creative workshops.
- Strategic Partnerships Signed - Recent MoUs with TSD Design Studio, ADNU TBI, and 10Turtle strengthen our innovation pipeline, microfactory pilots, and eco-toursim module development. We continue to expand our network with universities, industry leaders, and local suppliers.
